Customer Call Center
Of the many benefits that Nixon Customers enjoy, having direct dial access to a dedicated call center, is one of the most valuable. Nixon’s call center is staffed with experienced and highly trained, full-time associates.
Nixon's proprietary Customer Service Response (CSR) program is used to route, track, and promptly resolve special requests. Customer Service Representatives are available from 7:30 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
